All 10mm stone bracelets are made on a 1mm elastic string. Use care when taking bracelets on and off understanding that pulling too hard or fast may result in a break of the string. In the event of a string breakage, keep the beads to return to us and we will fix it free of charge the first time!
It is important to us that you are fully satisfied with your purchase.We are willing to accept returns within the first 7 days of purchase. Because jewelry becomes personal to the wearer and stones are energy carriers, we do not resell beads sold and worn by customers in order to prevent energetic merging and/or contaminations. In the event of a string breakage or malfunction, we will remake your item for free pending you have saved majority of the beads and are able to send them in.

All orders are shipped within 3-7 business days of you placing the order using USPS, UPS or ePacket depending on your location and fastest available service. Maximum delivery time frame is between 7-10 business days, however, you may receive your items much earlier. All orders are shipped with tracking number so you can track it every step of the way! Packages may be faced with delays beyond our control such as customs or postal delays.
