The Service

This is a free, one hour experience (virtual or in person) that provides a radical safe space centering increased awareness, emotional wellness and spiritual practice through embodied practices that increase our intimacy with self and each other.

The Full Day Immersion

This is a in person, one day experience that provides a radical safe space for seekers in need of deep introspection, growing in clarity and knowledge of self. It is an introduction to both, the Intimacy Incubator and the Remembering Your Sacred Self.

The Retreat

These in person, 5 Day/4 Night retreats provides a radical safe space centered in nature for an in depth, interpersonal but communal experience using relaxation as a portal to your most sacred self. Our next retreat to Kingston, Jamaica will be November 13-17, 2024.
